摘  要:校企合作是国内外高等职业院校深化教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量的重要途径,"校中厂"是其中最值得研究和尝试的校企合作模式。文章剖析"校中厂"实施过程中的企业选取、双方责任、长效运行机制、发展路线等几个关键问题,介绍顺德职业技术学院面向行业的"校中厂"合作的实施方案。实践证明,"校中厂"的合作可以促成学生、老师、学校、企业和政府多方受益,共同发展。School-industry partnership is an important way to deepen educational reform and foster better graduates in higher vocational colleges both in China and abroad, among which factory-in-school type is worth researching and practicing. In this paper, several key issues in practicing"factory-in-school type school-industry partnership, includ-ing selection of enterprise, respective obligations, sustainable running mechanism, developmental route etc, are put for-ward and thoroughly discussed, with reference to the implementing schemes of factory-in-school in Shunde Polytech-nic. Practical results show that factory-in-school cooperation benefits all participants including the students, teach-ers, schools and governments, and boosts their development.
