摘　　要：为了让人们可以在Android平台下,在娱乐之余,又可以享受文件共享,学习交流的服务,设计并开发一个手机移动学习平台。系统采用C/S结构,使用Android布局技术设计页面布局,在手机客户端实现了用户注册、登录、查询、下载学习资源信息、发布求助信息等功能,在后台服务器端实现了管理员对普通用户管理、资源信息管理、留言信息管理等功能,并在Android智能手机上通过了测试。In order to let people not only in entertainment,but also enjoy the file sharing and learning and communication service,a mobile learning platform of cellphone is designed and developed.The system adopting C/S structure,layout of the page using Android technology,has achieved users registration,login,query, downloading the learning resources,releasing help information and other functions in the mobile phone client, and realized administrator management for ordinary users,resources and messages in the background server.The system has passed the test on Android smartphone.
