华北科技学院离退休老教授人才资源开发利用研究

摘　　要：华北科技学院隶属国家安全生产监督管理总局,以培养全国的安全科技人才为定位,目前有离退休人员367人,但其中只有身体健康的离退休教授13人、副教授5人、讲师2人,合计20人。如何利用这些老教师是一个值得研究与思考的问题,这些老教师的专业技能与实践技能仍比较扎实。本文提出除了让他(她)们仍然坚持本科教学之外,还让他(她)们通过参与教学督导、参与校园文化建设、兼职班主任、编制教学经验教材和建立青年教师培训考核班等方式,来提高全校的教与学的水平,来提高老教授的利用率。North China Institute of Science and Technology is subordinate to the State Administration of Pro-duction Safety Supervision and Management which is positioned to cultivate the national safety technology tal-ents.There are currently 367 retirees,but only 20 people remain healthy including 13 professors,5 associate professors,2 lecturers. How to use the old teachers is a valuabe issue,because they hold professional skills and practical skills. In order to improve the utilization of the old professor,this paper presents such ways as undergraduate teaching,teaching supervision and participate in the construction of campus culture. part-time class teacher,teaching materials and preparation of teaching experience to establish youth teacher training courses,to improve teaching and learning level.
