摘  要:采用盐酸改性,制备出盐酸改性粉煤灰(HCl-FA),并将其应用于吸附法处理甲基橙(MO)染料废水中。结果表明,(1)通过单因素试验得出最佳的实验条件为:MO染料废水初始浓度为200 mg/L、溶液初始p H值不调节、HCl-FA用量为4 g(即10 g/L)、反应温度为室温、吸附30 min。在此条件下,甲基橙的脱色率可以达到90.49%。(2)通过正交法优化实验得出最佳实验条件:MO染料废水初始浓度为200 mg/L、溶液初始p H值为5、HCl-FA用量为4 g(即10 g/L)、反应温度为15℃、吸附30 min。在最佳的实验条件下,MO脱色率可以达到91.09%。The hydrochloric acid modified fly ash( HCl-FA), was synthesized and applied in the adsorption process of MO dye wastewater. The results show that( 1) The optimal experimental conditions for single factor experiment were the initial concentration of MO dye wastewater was 200 mg / L,p H was not adjusted,the amount of HCl-FA was 4 g( 10 g / L),the reaction temperature was at room temperature,contact time 30 min. On this condition,the color removal of MO can reach 90. 49%.( 2) The best experiment conditions for the orthogonal method were: the initial concentration of MO dye wastewater was200 mg / L,p H was 5,the amount of HCl-FA was 4 g( 10 g / L),the reaction temperature was 15 ℃,contact time 30 min. On this condition,the color removal rate can reach 91. 09%.
