一种抗菌纳米银透明香皂的抗菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究一种抗菌纳米银透明香皂的杀﹙抑﹚菌效果。方法 采用定量杀菌和抑菌环试验方法,对该抗菌纳米银透明香皂杀﹙抑﹚菌效果进行实验室观察。结果 含纳米银4 m g/L的透明香皂溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白假丝酵母菌和铜绿假单胞菌杀菌率达到92.5%~100%;抑菌环直径为14~20 m m。结论 该抗菌香皂中纳米银含量达到4 m g/L,显示出良好的杀﹙抑﹚菌效果。Objective To study the bactericidal （inhibition） effect of a kind of nano - sliver transparent soap. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and bacteriostatic ring test were used to observe kill （inhibition） bacteria effect of the nano - silver transparent antibacterial soap in the laboratory. Results The transparent soap solution containing 4 mg/L nano - sil- ver have bactericidal action of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the bactericidal rate were from 92. 5% to 100% ; the inhibition zone diameter were from 14 mm to 20 mm. Conclusion The antibacterial transparent soap content of 4 mg/L nano- silver showed good bactericidal （inhibition） effect.
