摘  要:通过整合近几年哲学类本科毕业生就业状况的相关数据分析可知,市场认知度低与就业市场小、对口行业和岗位缺失、毕业生就业期望值高、核心竞争力非显性等是造成哲学类专业毕业生就业难的重要原因。因此,加强招生宣传以吸引优质生源、强化专业教育以提升专业认同度、实行分类培养以增强核心竞争力、挖掘优质资源以拓宽就业市场、调整期望值以找准就业定位等是高校提升哲学类学生就业竞争力,破解就业难困境的有效对策。By integrating relevant data in recent years, we can find out that the low awareness in market, the small employmentmarket, lack of counterpart industries and jobs, high employment expectations, and the unconspicuous core competitiveness are allthe main causes of this situation. Therefore, promoting the school enrolment to attract excellent students, intensifying professionaleducation to raise major self-identify, carrying out classified cultivation to strengthen core competitiveness, excavating resourcesof high quality to broaden the job market, as welt as adjusting the expectation to make a good self-positioning, may be effectivestrategies to raise the employment competitiveness of philosophy students and then solve the problem.
