摘 要:分析了继电器触点接触电阻的时变规律,提出了基于时变趋势和支持向量机回归(SVR)的触点接触电阻的长期预测方法。采用小波技术和零均值平稳检验技术提取时变长期趋势项,进而以接触电阻的趋势分量为变量,建立了接触电阻的SVR预测模型。分析了接触电阻的超长期预测,提出了基于相关触点的SVR模型的超长期预测方法。预测实例结果表明,所提方法能实现触点接触电阻长期预测,能有效剔除短时干扰、异点对预测结果的影响。This paper analyzed the time-variant laws of contact resistance and proposed the contact resistance prediction method based on the long trend of time-variant resistance and the SVR model. The long trend component of contact resistance was extracted by using the wavelet technique and the zero mean and stationary test technique,and then the SVR prediction model of contact resistance was built with long trend component of the resistance as the variable. And the paper analyzed the large intervals of time prediction of contact resistance and proposed the long time prediction method based on the related contact. The prediction results on examples show that the proposed method can effectively predict the contact resistance in long interval,and remove the interference noises and distinct points on the prediction results.
