P21^(WAF1)在胃肠道间质瘤中表达的临床及病理意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P21WAF1在胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)中表达的临床及病理意义。方法应用免疫组化Maxvision方法检测50例GIST瘤组织中P21WAF1的表达情况。结果 50例GIST瘤组织中P21WAF1阳性率为48.0%,明显低于瘤旁组织阳性率76.2%。结论 P21WAF1与GIST发生发展有关,可作为CD117外的GIST的补充指标,对于明确诊断GIST有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of P21^WAF1 in human gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST）.Methods Fifty cases of GIST were evaluated for P21^WAF1 protein expression by immunohistochemical meth-od.Results The positive expression level of P21^WAF1 was 48.0%in human GIST,which was lower than in the adja-cent tissues（76.2%）.Conclusion P21^WAF1 is related to GIST, and can be used as a supplemental index of CD 117. It is helpful for the diagnosis of GIST .
