摘　　要：目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在肾细胞癌组织中表达的临床意义.方法 选取70例肾细胞癌组织及同期30例正常肾脏组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-2、VEGF的表达.结果 肾细胞癌组织中MMP-2和VEGF阳性表达率分别是65.71％和68.57％,且两者表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）.两者表达水平均与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期有关.结论 联合检测MMP-2与VEGF有助于反映肾细胞癌生物学行为.Objective To explore the clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression in renal cell carcinoma （RCC）.Methods The immunohistochemistry staining method was used to evaluate the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF in 70 cases of RCC and 30 cases of normal renal tissue as controls.Results The expression of MMP-2 and VEGF was negatively correlated （P〈0.05）,and their positive rate was 65.71% and 68.57% respectively.They were related to tumor pathological grade and clinical stage.Conclusion MMP-2 and VEGF are objective markers to estimate the behaviors of RCC.
