摘　　要：目的 探讨外周血中乳腺上皮小黏蛋白（SBEM） mRNA、人乳珠蛋白（hMAM） mRNA的表达水平与乳腺癌预后的关系.方法 利用Nested-逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）技术检测92例乳腺癌术后患者,40例非乳腺癌患者外周血SBEM、hMAM mRNA,并对92例乳腺癌患者进行临床随访分析.结果 SBEM、hMAM mRNA仅在乳腺恶性肿瘤外周血中表达,Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示：乳腺癌患者外周血中SBEM mRNA阳性表达组生存率47.7％小于阴性组85.1％（P＜0.01）,hMAM mRNA阳性表达组生存率46.3％小于阴性组84.0％ （P＜ 0.01）,差异有统计学意义.SBEM、hMAM mRNA阳性表达有相关（P＜0.01）.结论 外周血中SBEM、hMAM mRNA检测有助于判断乳腺癌预后,两种肿瘤标志物的联合检测提高了检测灵敏度.Objective To explore the correlation between the prognosis of breast cancer and small breast epithelial mucin （SBEM） mRNA,humam mamaglobin （hMAM） mRNA in the peripheral blood of the patients with breast cancer.Methods Using the N ested-reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique to detect the SBEM mRNA,hMAM mRNA in peripheral blood.92 cases were postoperative patients of breast cancer,40 cases were not patients with breast cancer.And clinical followup analysis of 92 cases of patients with breast cancer.Results SBEM mRNA,hMAM mRNA only expressed in the peripheral blood of the patients with breast cancer.The survival rate of the breast cancer patients with positive expression of SBEM mRNA was 47.7% less than the negative group 85.1% （P 〈0.01） in peripheral blood,The survival rate of the breast cancer patients with positive expression of hMAM mRNA was 46.3% less than the negative group 85.1% （P 〈0.01）,The correlation statistical was significance between SBEM mRNA and hMAM mRNA positive expression in peripheral blood （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Detection SBEM mRNA,hMAM mRNA in peripheral blood is a clinical indicators for breast cancer prognosis,two kinds of joint detection of tumor markers can improve the detection sensitivity.Combined detection of two kinds of tumor markers can improve the detection sensitivity.
