摘　　要：目的 探讨细胞核增殖抗原（Ki-67）在肾细胞癌组织中表达的临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测Ki-67在70例肾细胞癌组织及30例正常肾脏组织中的表达.结果 肾细胞癌组织中Ki-67表达阳性率为64.29％-Ki-67表达与肾细胞癌分级、分期明显相关（P＜0.05）,与肾癌的病理类型无明显相关（P＞0.05）.结论 检测Ki-67有助于反映肾细胞癌生物学行为.Objective To explore the clinical significance of proliferation cell nuclear antigen （Ki-67） expression in renal cell carcinoma （RCC）.Methods The immunohistochemistry staining method was used to evaluate the expression of Ki-67 in 70 cases of RCC and 30 cases of normal renal tissue as controls.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 was 64.29% in RCC.The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in RCC was significantly related to the clinical stage or clinical grade （P 〈 0.05）,but not to the types of RCC （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Ki-67 is an objective marker to estimate the behaviors of RCC.
