摘　　要：开关面板外形美观,中间有一方孔,内部多处设有加强筋和扣位。其模具为单分型面注塑模,采用一模两腔的型腔布局。利用牛角浇口从产品内部小凸台处进胶,产品内部扣位采用斜顶机构进行内抽芯。Switch panel with a square hole in the center and many reinforcing ribs in the internal position has beautiful appearance.The mold with two cavity was single parting surface of injection mold. The molten plastic was injected to the small boss inside the product by the horn gate. The internal buckling boss was molded by the inclined pin mechanism,
