肺癌下颌骨转移1例伴文献分析

摘　　要：口腔颌面部转移性肿瘤较少见,转移至口腔颌骨的恶性肿瘤更为罕见。肺癌虽然是常见的原发性肿瘤,但是临床上少有对肺癌下颌骨转移的报道。作者报道1例典型的肺癌在术后化疗期间就并发下颌骨转移的罕见病例,回顾文献,对肺癌下颌骨转移的临床表现及特点进行探讨。Oral and maxilla facial metastatic tumor is rare, and metastatic cancer to mandible is more rare. Lung cancer is a common primary tumor, but there is merely a clinical report of metastatic lung cancer to mandible. This paper reported 1 typical case with metastatic lung cancer to mandible during chemotherapy after surgery, combined with literature review. The clinical manifestations and features were analyzed.
