整体护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法选取2011年1月—2012年1月我院收治的康复期精神分裂症患者100例,应用数字表抽取法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规方案护理,观察组给予以社会功能训练为主的整体护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果两组护理干预前康复状态量表(MRSS)评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理干预后MRSS评分、SDSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可促进康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复,对保障患者生存质量有非常重要的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on social function recovery in schizo-phrenia patients at recovery stage. Methods A total of 100 schizophrenia patients at recovery stage were selected from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to num-ber table,50 cases in each. Control group given conventional nursing intervention,observation group given holistic nursing inter-vention to strengthen the social function. Nursing effect between the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing inter-vention,there was no significant differences of Morningside rehabilitation status scale （ MRSS ） score and social disability screening schedule（ SDSS） score between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,while MRSS score and SDSS score of observation group were lower than those of control group after nursing intervention,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Con-clusion Holistic nursing intervention can promote the recovery of social function of schizophrenia patients at recovery stage,has extremely vital significance on the quality of life.
