摘　　要：针对我国碳排放治理中存在的政府单方治理成本高、利益相关者的作用未得到发挥等问题,引入利益相关者理论对我国碳排放治理模式进行创新研究。首先对我国碳减排的利益相关者进行了界定,其次采用多维细分法和米切尔评分法,通过广泛的问卷调查,对数据进行均值分析和配对样本T检验,将利益相关者分为核心利益相关者、重要利益相关者和一般利益相关者,最后对利益相关者在碳减排中的角色地位等进行了分析。本文的研究可以为构建碳减排利益相关者共同治理机制、发挥利益相关者的积极作用和推动力量提供指导,也突破了目前碳税治理和碳排放权交易市场治理模式的研究,为碳排放治理提供新的路径。In accordance with the problems on controlling the carbon emissions in China such as the high cost of the unilateral governance from government, stakeholders＇ power failing to be played and so on, this paper makes innovative research on the governance model of carbon emission reduction with the theory of stakeholders＇ gov- ernance. The paper first defines who are the stakeholders of carbon emission reduction in China and then classi- fies the stakeholders into three types of the core stakeholders, the important stakeholders and the common stake- holders by using multidimensional segmentation and Mitchell score - based methods as well as questionnaires, means analysis and paired sample T test of statistics. Finally, the paper analyses the stakeholders＇ roles in the carbon emission reduction activities in China. The results not only provide theoretical guidance for stakeholders to construct co -governance mechanism of carbon emission reduction and play the stakeholders＇ positive role and advancing power, but break the research on the current governance model of carbon tax and carbon emission trading market, which provides a new channel for reducing the carbon emissions.
