2005-2012年青岛市疾病控制实验室能力验证现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析青岛市疾病控制实验室能力验证状况,指导实验室质量监控工作。方法对青岛市疾病控制实验室2005-2012年参加各类能力验证资料进行统计分析。结果参加国家认证认可部门组织能力验证较多,参加食品及相关产品能力验证次数最多,其次为水及涉水产品能力验证,参加检测领域的覆盖率和食品及相关产品检测类别的覆盖率均有所提高,化学分析能力验证主要采取色谱分析和光度分析,不同检测手段的使用率有所提高。结论进一步提高能力验证活动参加主动性,关注检测领域的覆盖率和检测手段的多样性,使能力验证起到更好的监控作用。Objective The study aimed to validate the testing abilities of Qingdao Disease Control Laboratory,so to provide guidance on laboratory quality monitoring.Methods Data on participation in a variety of ability verifications of the Laboratory in 2005-2012 were analyzed.Results The Laboratory participated in several verifications of organizational ability by state-certificated agencies,and the most in verifications of foods and related products ability,followed by verifications of water and aquaculture products ability.The coverage of fields of testing and coverage of testing foods and related products had improved.Verification of chemical analysis ability was mainly focused on chromatographic and polarimetric analyses,and the utilization of different testing means had improved as well.Conclusion Improving the active participation in ability verification activities and focusing on the coverage of fields of testing and diversity of testing means can improve the monitoring effectiveness of ability verifications.
