脑干听觉诱发电位在后循环缺血患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）检查对后循环缺血（PCI）患者的诊断价值。方法：对80例诊断为PCI的患者进行BAEP检查，并选择50例正常组进行对照检查，测量Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期（PL）和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期（ⅠPL）。结果：BAEP，ca,异常率为78％，其中内耳型10例，脑干型39例，混合型13例，与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P％0．05）；PCI组与对照组比较，PCI患者的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的PL和Ⅰ一Ⅲ、Ⅲ一Ⅴ、Ⅰ—Ⅴ波IPL均延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：BAEP为后循环缺血的病情评估提供重要的参考价值。Objective：To study the diagnostic value of brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP） in the diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia（PCI）. Methods： BAEP was analyzed in 80 cases with PCI. BAEP was analyzed in 50 healthy controls. To measure the peak latency（PL）of waves Ⅰ, Ⅲ,Ⅴ ,and the interpeak latency（IPL）of waves Ⅰ- Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ , Ⅰ-Ⅴ from BAEP. Results： The abnormality of BAEP rate was 77.5 %. Three types of abnormality were classified according to their characteristics. The abnormality in brainstem type（38.8 %） was the highest. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） ;In PCI group compared with control group,their waves Ⅰ,Ⅲ, Ⅴ PL and Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ- Ⅴ ,Ⅰ-Ⅴ IPL were extended. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Examination of BA- EP contributes to the early diagnosis assessment and prognosis for PCI.
