摘　　要：目的探讨亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法对28例(32眼)丝状角膜炎患者刮除丝状物后配戴软性角膜接触镜联合人工泪液治疗,随访6个月,观察治疗效果。结果 26例(92.9%)患者眼部刺激症状在3 d内完全缓解;治愈率90.6%,总有效率100.0%。结论配戴亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎临床疗效好,是一种安全实用的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of hydrophilic soft contact lens in the treatment of filamentary keratitis. Methods A total of 28 patients （32 eyes） with filamentary keratitis wore hydrophilic soft contact lens and received artificial tears treatment after filament erasion. The follow-up lasted for 6 months, and the curative effect was observed. Results There were 26 cases （92.9%） with completely relived irritative symptoms within 3 d. The healing rate was 90.6% and the total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The application of hydrophilic soft contact lens has good clinical effect in the treatment of filamentary keratitis, and it is a safe and feasible treatment method.
