吞咽障碍治疗仪刺激穴位治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍研究

摘　　要：目的：观察吞咽障碍治疗仪刺激穴位治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果。方法：60例脑卒中患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者行基础吞咽功能训练，对照组予吞咽障碍治疗仪常规治疗，治疗组采取吞咽障碍治疗仪刺激颈部特定穴位，比较两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验及吞咽造影检查（VFSS）结果。结果：治疗后两组患者洼田饮水试验和VFSS评分均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.01），且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：常规康复治疗的基础上应用吞咽电刺激仪刺激特定颈部穴位能有效促进脑卒中吞咽障碍患者功能恢复。Objective：To observe the effect of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus stimulating acupoint treating dysphagia after stroke. Methods：60 cas-es of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both with basic swallowing function training, control group with conventional treatment of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus, treatment group used dysphagia therapeutic apparatus stimulating specific acupoint of neck, Watian drinking water test and swallowing angiography （VFSS） results of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results：Watian drinking water test and swallowing angiography （VFSS） results of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, and treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Based on routine therapy, swallowing electrical apparatus stimulating specific acupoints of neck can effectively promote the functional recovery of stroke patients with dysphagia.
