摘　　要：智慧企业的愿景型领导对员工的创新行为具有重要的激励作用。本文以长三角地区新建立的智慧企业176名创业者的数据为样本,利用SPSS16.0和AMOS6.0软件探讨了愿景型领导与员工创新行为的关系,以及组织合法性理论对愿景型领导与员工创新行为关系的调节效应。实证分析结果表明:愿景型领导对创新行为具有显著的正向作用,组织合法性在其中具有调节效应。研究结果对智慧企业的创业者进行管理决策提供了有价值的实践启示。Visionary leadership has an important incentive effect on employee innovation behav- ior in smart enterprises. This paper takes 210 scientific and technical personnel data in the Yangtze Delta area as the sample , investigates the relationship between the visionary leadership and employ- ee innovative behavior by using SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0 software, and the organizational legitimacy theory on the relationship between the visionary leadership and innovative behavior regulation effeet. Empirical results show that： the visionary leadership has a positive effect on innovation behavior, or- ganizational legitimacy has a moderating effect on the relationship. The results of the study on smart enterprise management decision provides valuable practice enlightenment.
