摘  要:农户的食品安全认知决定着其消费决策以及其对食品安全事件和食品安全监管的反应。笔者采用带罚函数的二元logistic模型对河南省三门峡、安阳市和南阳市的调研数据进行研究,发现农户性别、年龄等个体特征显著地影响农户对食品安全风险的担忧程度。因此,要将农户的个体特征作为重要变量纳入农村食品安全监管体系中。对食品安全风险更为敏感的年轻、受教育程度较高、家有儿童的女性农户应该在农村食品安全监管中发挥更重要的作用。The farmers' perception of food safety determines their consumption decisions, and their response to food safety incidents and food safety regulation. With the penalty function binary logistic model and survey data from the cities of Sanmenxia, Anyang and Nanyang, the paper finds that gender, age and other individual characteristics significantly affect the concerns to food security risks of household. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate the individual characteristics of farmers as an important variable into the rural food safety regulatory system. Highly educated young people, families with children, women farmers are more sensitive to food safety risks, and should play a more important role in the food safety supervision.
