论医德的内涵与当代医学生医德培育目标

摘　　要：医德是医学中的伦理规范,是医生的职业道德,是医生的品质修养。当前社会医德问题关键在于医生的爱心、进取心、责任心,结合医德培育的一般规律分析,提出当代医学生医德培育的目标:勤于钻研,精益求精;诚信严谨,求实慎独;互尊互学,团结友爱;一视同仁,文明言行;通达同情,积极关注。Medical ethics is the ethical norms, the doctor＇s professional ethics and their moral character. Now the key of medical ethics is the doctor＇s love, initiative and responsibility. Combined with the general rules of medical ethics, this paper proposed that contemporary medical students should be cultivated according to the following ethics targets： diligent study and seeking for perfection, honesty and preciseness, mutual respect and learning, solidarity, no discrimination, civilization in word and in deed, empathy, understanding and sympathy and positive regard.
