基于创新基金数据的我国创业板上市公司现状及特征研究

摘　　要：基于创业板2009-2014年获得国家创新基金资助的上市公司数据,从创新基金运行现状入手,对创业板市场发展总体状况、创业板受资助企业地域分布、行业分布、资助业态等进行了研究,探讨了在创新基金支持下,我国科技型中小企业的发展特点、成长规律和发展趋势。结果表明:创新基金是科技型中小企业快速成长的"第一桶金",其能帮助企业通过创新驱动实现转型升级,使更多科技型中小企业实现创业梦想。This paper is proceed from the running status of innovation fund which is based on the data of the financial aid of national innovation fund to the quoted companies on start-up board from the year of 2009 to 2014, studying on the overall situation of the development of start-up board market, the geographical distribution and sector allocation, supported for- mats of the founded enterprises on start-up board. And this paper gives us a presentation about the development features, growth law and development trend of high teeh small and medium enterprises in China on support of innovation fund. The research results indicated that innovation fund is the ＂first bucket of gold＂ to high tech small and medium enterprises in fast development process, which plays an important role of technology leading. By innovation-driven, the innovation fund supported enterprises can achieve a transition and improvement successfully. The innovation fund also promotes a combi- nation between technology and economy. The innovation fund makes an effort to the investment function which can let en- terprises undertake more social responsibility, and help more and more high tech small and medium enterprises to achieve their business ambitions.
