摘　　要：目前,高校辅导员工作存在着思想政治教育主功能弱化、专业化动力不足、职业化瓶颈明显等普遍性、深层次的问题。辅导员工作"1+X"模式对现有辅导员工作体系进行优化设计,进一步明确辅导员在高校人才培养体系中的主体地位,畅通和拓宽辅导员职称、职务发展通道,充分发挥高校育人工作主体协同育人的作用,以期"解放辅导员",从而加快推进辅导员职业化、专业化建设,实现辅导员"横向"和"纵向"的职业动态化发展,提高辅导员工作科学化水平。Currently,there exist such universal and deep-seated problems in the work of College counselors for reasons such as the weakening of major functions of ideological and political education,lack of motivation in specialization as well as the bottleneck in professionalism,etc. As a result,the research group has proposed a＂1 ＋ X＂Model in order to optimize the working system of counselors. With counselors playing a major role in the talent cultivation system of universities,channels should be developed and expanded to help the counselors to obtain professional titles and to develop responsibility in cultivating talents, thus liberalizing counselors, speeding up the promotion of the counselors’ specialization and professionalism, achieving the dynamic professional development horizontally and vertically as well as raising the scientific level in the work of counselors.
