摘 要:为探索简易的碳基薄膜材料制备工艺,采用一种新型碳氮基骨架先驱体——离子液体热解在Q235钢和304不锈钢表面制备了CNx薄膜,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼光谱仪等对CNx薄膜的表面形貌和结构进行了分析,并对其摩擦学性能进行了考察。结果表明:制备的CNx薄膜结构主要是环状sp2相团簇的无定型结构;CNx薄膜具有良好的抗磨减摩特性和较高的承载能力。与Q235钢基底相比,304不锈钢表面制备的CNx薄膜裂纹少,摩擦过程中不易剥落,表现出更好的抗磨减摩效果。To prepare carbon films via a new and simple technological process,carbon nitride(CNx)films were prepared on Q235 steel and stainless steel substrate by heat-treatment of a new kind of carbon nitridebased framework ionic liquid.The surface morphology and structure of the CNxfilm were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Raman spectrometer.The tribological properties of the CNxfilms were investigated.The results show that the CNxfilms are amorphous structure consisting of ring-shaped sp2 clusters.The tribological experiments of the CNxfilms possess a good wear-resistance and a higher load-carrying property.The CNxfilms prepared on stainless steel substrate demonstrate excellent tribological properties compared with Q235,this may be attributed to the films having few cracks,and it will not be easy to peel off during the dry sliding process.
