摘　　要：This paper mainly studied the Financing Strategies of SMEs. It firstly collected literal reviews, and analyzed preliminarily the selection of the financing sample variables and data variables. Secondly, combined with Eviews5.0 software, it built a High-tech SMEs＇ financing model and deeply dug the factors affecting the financing of High-tech SMEs. Finally, combined with practical experience, this paper explored the measurements of financing taken by SMEs, and analyzed new financing channels. This paper made some contribution to the development of the High-tech SMEs＇ financing.
