七氟醚极低流量麻醉联合Amsorb Plus钙石灰对患者肝肾功能的影响评估

摘　　要：目的 分析研究七氟醚极低流量麻醉联合Amsorb Plus钙石灰对于患者肝肾功能的影响。方法 选取2012年10月~2013年12月的20例实施胃肠手术患者资料进行回顾性分析,将20例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各10例,对照组患者用中流量麻醉,观察组用极低流量麻醉,比较患者手术之前以及之后的总胆红素、直接胆红素、尿素氮以及血清肌酐的浓度,采取患者的尿样,比较两组患者的尿蛋白以及尿糖浓度。结果 和手术之前比较,手术之后对照组患者的总胆红素、血清AST、直接胆红素浓度升高,尿素氮浓度降低,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的直接胆红素浓度升高,尿素氮浓度降低,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组和对照组患者的肝肾功能各项指标比较没有显著差异（P〉0.05）,不具有统计学意义。结论 七氟醚极低流量麻醉联合Amsorb Plus钙石灰对于患者肝肾功能没有显著影响,能够在临床中安全使用。Objective Analysis of very low flow anesthesia combined with sevoflurane for liver and kidney function in patients with Amsorb Plus calcium lime impact. Methods Selected October 2012 -2013 years December of 20 cases implementation gastrointestinal surgery patients information for recalled sex analysis, will 20 cases patients random is divided into two group, observation group and control group each 10 cases, control group patients with in the flow anesthesia, observation group with very low flow anesthesia, compared patients surgery zhiqian and zhihou of total bilirubin, and directly bilirubin, and urea nitrogen and serum muscle anhydride of concentration, take patients of urine sample, compared two group patients of urine protein and urine sugar concentration.Results after surgery control group patients of total bilirubin, and serum AST, and directly bilirubin concentration increased, urea nitrogen concentration reduced, compared has significantly differences （P〈0.05）, has statistics meaning, observation group patients of directly bilirubin concentration increased, urea nitrogen concentration reduced, compared has significantly differences （P〈0.05）, has statistics meaning; observation group and control group patients of liver kidney function the indicators compared no significantly differences （P〉0.05）, not has statistics meaning.Conclusion Very low flow anesthesia combined with sevoflurane Amsorb Plus calcium lime for hepatic and renal function in patients with no significant effect on safety in clinical use.
