Objective Clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal hemorrhage of upper digestive antiplatelet drug related. Methods The gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the research object and 120 cases of non varicose vein from 2011 May to 2012 June in our hospital were on the digestion, the clinical data of 120 patients were analyzed retrospectively, according to whether the process in the treatment of patients with antiplatelet agents are grouped, divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group patients antiplatelet drugs in the course of treatment, the observation group in the treatment process did not use of antiplatelet drugs, and the clinical data of the two groups were compared. Results Taking antiplatelet drugs in 37 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and 120 cases of non variceal upper gastrointestinal. Patient sex, history of drinking, the situation of Hp infection in general data showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), while the experimental group in the majority of patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the clinical manifestations of the patients is not a (P〉0,05). Conclusion The patients age, hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease are risk factors of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract antiplatelet drugs.
