颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床诊断和介入治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内静脉窦血栓形成(Cranial Venous Sinus Thrombosis,CVST)的临床诊断及危害,研究Solitaire AB型支架对于治疗此疾病的效果和影响。方法选取40例我院2012.1-2013.12期间神经外科收治的颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。观察组患者使用Solitaire AB型支架治疗血栓,对照组患者使用常规药物进行保守治疗。结果经过治疗后发现,观察组患者的总有效率高达100%,GOS预后评分为(3.75±0.94)分;对照组患者的总有效率仅为80%,GOS预后评分为(2.43±0.58)分。两组患者对比在总有效率及预后评分上均有显著差异,P<0.05。结论使用Solitaire AB型支架取栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成有显著的治疗效果,总有效率高,患者预后效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the intracranial venous sinus thrombosis（Cranial Venous Sinus Thrombosis, CVST） clinical diagnosis and hazards, research Solitaire AB stent for the treatment of this disease, the effectiveness and impact. Methods 40 cases admitted to our hospital neurosurgery intracranial venous sinus thrombosis during 2012.1-2013.12 patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group 20 cases. Observation group therapy patients Solitaire AB stent thrombosis, the control group of patients treated conservatively with conventional drugs. Results Found that after treatment, the patients in the observation group total efficiency of up to 100%, GOS prognostic score was（3.75 ± 0.94） points; the control group of patients with total efficiency of only 80%, GOS prognostic score was（2.43 ± 0.58） points. Comparing two groups of patients in the total efficiency and the prognostic score were significantly different, P 0.05. Conclusion Solitaire AB stent embolectomy treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis have a significant therapeutic effect, the total effective rate, good patient prognosis, worthy of clinical application.
