摘　　要：分析大数据时代的到来对经济、贸易等领域产生巨大的影响,探索研究由大数据技术引领的人才培养和考核的新方式,以期为大数据应用于卓越工程师计划提供参考。The advent of Big Data era has made a significant impact on the economic, trade and other fields. The new personnel training andexamination mode by using the big data technology was studied, so as to provide reference for application of big data in cultivation of outstand-ing engineers.
