摘　　要：对我国高等教育现状进行分析,结合高校特点提出了精细化管理的理念,即实现办学效率和办学效益的有机统一,使人、财、物的投入发挥最大效益,体现在高校育人价值、学术价值、社会服务价值和文化价值的提升上。建立了精细化管理评价指标体系。选择数据包络分析法作为评价方法,从高校投入产出上对高校进行综合评价。以某高校为例,依据精细化管理理念进行了投入产出的DEA分析。.The status of higher education in China is analyzed in the paper. The concept of meticu-lous management is proposed combing with characters of colleges and universities that is to achieve or-ganic unity of efficiency and effectiveness in school management and to make best use of personnel, fi-nancial and material resource which is embodied concretely in the improvement of educational value,academic value, social service value and culture value of college and university. A set of evaluation in-dex system of meticulous management is built and DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） is selected asthe evaluation method to make an input-output analysis on some university according to the concept ofmeticulous management.
