皖江城市带土地优化配置与集约利用模式研究——以江南集中区为例

摘　　要：随着皖江城市带承接产业转移进程的不断加快,产业发展对土地的需求量日益增多,而土地资源的数量有限性决定了我们应对土地进行优化配置和集约利用。利用实地调研等方法,以江南集中区为案例,分析了该集中区土地利用的现状结构,指出江南集中区土地利用方面目前存在的主要问题与影响因素,在此基础上,对该集中区土地优化配置与集约利用的模式选择依据进行了探讨,最后提出了该集中区土地优化配置与集约利用的主要适用模式。With the acceleration of Wanjiang city belt undertaking industry transfer, the industrial development increases the need of land. With the case of Jiangnan Industry Clustering Zone, the paper analyzes the current situation and structure of land use in the zone, and presents the major problems and influential factors, and explores the choice basis of land optimizing configuration and intensive use mode and puts forward main applicable modes of land optimizing configuration and intensive use.
