中小科技企业民间融资的路径、困境及解决措施

摘　　要：中小科技企业流动性资金的缺乏,不仅制约了企业的赢利潜力力,而且大大降低了科学知识和技术成果的市场转化能力。就中小科技企业快速融资的民间渠道来说,主要有诚信担保融资、有价证券融资、票据贴现融资、企业内部集资、委托贷款式融资五种模式。中小科技企业的发展主要面临着法律、政策和道德三方面的困境。解决中小科技企业民间融资的困境必须注意企业财务管理的制度化建设设,加强对国家金融政策的关注和理解,提升全社会的道德水平平。研究中小科技企业民间融资的模式、困境和解决途径具有一定的现实意义和重要的理论价值。Deficiency of cash flow happened in small and medium - sized technology enterprises not only restricts the enterprise profit potential, but also greatly affects the market transformation ability of scientific knowledge and technical achievements. In terms of fast private financing channels in small and medium - sized enterprises, the financing modes mainly include credit guarantee financing, securities financing, bill financing, inner fund raising and entrusted loan financing. Researches on folk financing modes, difficulties and solutions can provide a new idea for the development of small and medium sci -tech enterprises, which have a certain practical significance and a theoretical value.
