摘　　要：文章主要介绍了日本高等医学院校进行院校认证评估时建立的"教育内部质量保证体系"的内容,以及采取的各项内部质量保证措施,尤其是高校自发追求"品质文化"的行为,值得学习和借鉴。This article mainly introduces the Education Quality Assurance System established by Japanese medical col eges for certification and evaluation and the measures taken for internal quality assurance. Actions for seeking ＂ quality culture＂ taken spontaneously by Japanese medical col eges are worthy of learning and attention.
