摘　　要：目的制备杠板归复合膜剂并制定质量控制标准。方法杠板归经水浸泡、煎煮、浓缩等后,加入聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠等成膜材料制备成复合膜剂,用化学鉴别法对其主要成分进行定性鉴别。结果该制剂制备工艺可行,质量可控,稳定性好。结论本制剂制备工艺简单,组方合理,未见不良反应。Objective To prepare film of compound Polygonum perfoliatum L. and establish the quality control stan- dard. Methods Polygonum perfoliatum was soaked with water, decocted, concentrated, and polyvinyl alcohol, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were added in the compound film. The main components were identified. Results The preparation technology is feasible, quality controllable, and stable. Conclusion The preparation process is sim- ple and reasonable with no adverse reactions.
