浅谈E-learning在临床药师培训中的应用

摘　　要：临床药师培训是我国适应医疗机构开展临床药学工作,逐步建立临床药师制的需要。我国先后批准了93家医院建立了临床药师培训基地,培训工作取得了快速发展。在培训过程中,随着信息化的不断发展,E-learning教学模式已成功应用于多门学科并取得良好的教学效果。本文探索利用E-learning辅助教学探索一种新型的适合临床药师培养的教学模式,以期充分调动临床药师培训学员学习的主动性和灵活性,提高学员自主学习和合作学习的能力,进一步提高教学质量。Clinical pharmacists training in the medical institutions helps to carry out clinical pharmacy work, and es- tablish the clinical pharmacist system in China. Totally 93 hospital clinical pharmacist training bases have been set up, and training work has achieved rapid development. With the continuous development of information technology, E- learning has been successfully applied in many disciplines and achieved good effect. This article uses E-learning aux- iliary teaching to explore a new teaching mode suitable for clinical pharmacist training, to promote students＇ learning initiative and flexibility, improve the students＇ autonomous learning and cooperative learning, and to further improve the quality of teaching.
