牙周手术联合修复治疗龈下根折外伤前牙的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：观察经牙周手术治疗折断面位于腭侧龈下的冠根斜折前牙后行桩冠修复的保存修复中的临床应用效果。方法：选择30颗断端位于龈下3~5mm的外伤前牙,经完善的根管治疗后行牙周手术,术后12周行桩冠修复,观察临床效果。结果：30颗患牙通过牙周手术后行桩冠修复,牙龈均无炎症、松动及脱落,X线片显示牙周及根尖周情况良好,冠修复效果良好。结论：此种方法对外伤前牙断端位于龈下3~5mm的患牙保留取得较好的临床效果。Objective： Clinical effect of preservation and restoration of broken surface located palatal sub-gingival crown root fracture of anterior teeth after crown in the treatment of observation by periodontal operation. Methods： Select more than 30 off-side in the 3-5mm traumatic anterior tooth for periodontal operation, twelve weeks after surgery for crown, observation of clinical effect. Results： All cases with periodontal operation after the crown, gingival inflammation, nolooseness and abscission, X-ray film showed that the periodontal and periapical situation is good, good effect of crown. Conclusion： This method for traumatic anterior teeth broken ends in Sub-gingival teeth of 3-5mm reserved for better clinical results.
