摘 要:分别利用从发光鱼肉中分离得到的一株鳆发光杆菌N1株和美国Microtox急性毒性检测系统,对HgCl2标准溶液和珠江陆源入海排污口污水进行急性毒性测试,结果表明,利用鳆发光杆菌N1株的急性毒性测试结果和美国Microtox毒性检测系统的急性毒性测试结果有较好的相关性。对珠江陆源入海排污口9个监测站位污水的急性毒性测试结果,依据急性毒性大小进行排序,其中6个监测站位的排序结果相一致。利用尼梅罗污染指数法,对排污口水质化学分析结果进行水质综合评价,评价结果与发光细菌急性毒性测试结果进行比较,表明基于理化指标的尼梅罗污染指数评价结果与急性毒性测试结果既有一致性,也存在一定差异,二者在水质状况和污染效应评价中,可以相互补充。本研究为利用鳆发光杆菌N1株开展排污口有毒污染物污染效应和生态损害风险监测提供方法学基础,所建立的方法与美国Microtox毒性检测系统的结果有较好的一致性,并具有快速和低成本的特点,显示了很好的应用价值。Acute toxicity test was carried out on the HgC12 standard solution and the terrigenous sewage at the Pearl River estuary' s drainage outlets with Photobacterium leiognathi N1 strain separated from the luminescent fish and the Microtox acute toxicity testing system, respectively. The results showed that acute toxicity test results of the Photo- bacterium leiognathi N1 strain have good correlation with those of the Microtox toxicity test systems. The test results of the acute toxicity for the 9 monitoring stations of sewage for the terrigenous sewage at the Pearl River estuary were ranked in the order of the acute toxicity ; of which, the ranking results of the 6 monitoring stations were identical. The comprehensive assessment of water quality was conducted on the chemical analysis of the water quality at the discharge outlets by means of the Nemerow index. The assessment results were then compared with the results of the luminescent bacteria acute toxicity test results. It showed that the assessment results of the Nemerow pollution index based on the physicoehemieal indexes had both the consistency and certain differences with the results of the acute toxicity test. The two results complemented each other in terms of the water quality status and pollution effect assessment. The research provided methodological basis for the pollution effect of the toxic pollutants and risk monitoring of the ecological damage at the sewage discharge outlets by means of the Photobacterium leiognathi N1 strain. The established method has relatively good consistency with the results of the Microtox toxicity testing system, and boasts the features of speed and low cost, thus exhibiting excellent application value.
