摘　　要：职业自我概念是指个人对自身和职业关系的认识与探索,它的内容主要包括职业能力、职业道德、职业价值观和社会资源等,它是高职生职业选择与职业发展的核心。高职生的职业指导不应当仅仅停留在帮助高职生掌握面试技巧、搜集招聘信息上,而应该把重点放在帮助高职生建立健全良好的职业自我概念上。Professional self-concept refers to the personal and professional relationships on their own understanding and exploration,mainly including professional competence,professional ethics,professional values and social resources,which is the core of higher vocational students＇ career choices and career development. Vocational guidance for higher vocational students should not only stay with helping vocational students to master interview skills,gather information on recruitment,but also focus on helping them to build on and improve their good professional self-concept.
