关于德国社会民主党转型的历史考察

摘　　要：德国社会民主党走过一个半世纪的风雨历程,社会结构发生了深刻的变化,这一变化对社会民主党的转型产生了深远影响。其性质经历了从"阶级革命党"到"议会改良党",从"人民党"到"全方位政党",从追求"制度社会主义"到追求"价值社会主义"的演变。其总体趋势是社会民主党的"非工人阶级化"和"去意识形态化",日益由一个争取工人阶级利益的革命党逐渐演变为一个以参政执政为目的的选举党。German Social Democratic Party has experienced a half century of ups and downs and profound changes have taken place in social structure.This change has a profound influence upon the transformation of the Social Democratic Party and its nature has evolved from “Class Revolutionary Party”to “Parliamentary Reform Party”, from “People＇s Party”to “Catch-all Party”,from the pursuit of“institutional socialism”to “value socialism”. The overall trend is the SPD’s “non -working class”and “non -ideology”.The SPD has gradually changed from a revolutionary party fighting for the interests of the working class to an election party aiming to participate in public affairs or hold power.
