高校校友资源的作用与运用

摘　　要：高校校友为母校贡献的社会资源分为物质财富、信息资源和人力资源三部分,对高校在育人、名片效应和情感回报上发挥着巨大作用。校友通过开展优秀校友报告会和座谈会、帮助建立社会实践基地和提供实习岗位以及设立校友奖学金和投资母校办学设施建设等途径为母校提供人力、物力、财力,为高校的发展和大学生人才培养提供动力。What alumni contribute to the university can be classified into three categories ：material re-sources ,information resources and human resources .Alumni resources greatly influence a university＇s educating policy with the name card effect and the huge emotional rewards .Old schoolfellows can pro-mote their Alma Mater＇s development by doing seminars and symposiums ,helping to establish social practice bases ,offering internship positions ,setting up alumni scholarships and/or investing in the u-niversity＇s facilities construction .
