摘　　要：目的 :探讨量化针刺法对青光眼的“临床前期”、发作过青光眼的缓解期及高眼压症患者眼房水流量 (F值 )的影响。方法 :对198例 (204眼 )随机分为实验与对照两组 ,观察3、6、12个月针刺后F值的临床效果 ,并对家兔眼房水进行针刺后的实验室生化分析。结果 :通过3个时段的效果分析 ,实验组效果显著P<0.05 ,且兔眼房水生化分析中离子浓度和渗透压均有明显改善。结论 :量化针刺法对眼房水流量影响显著 ,是临床防治青光眼的有效方法之一。Objective: To elucidate the influence of quantitative acupuncture methods on aqueous outflow (F value) in patients at 'clinical early stage' of glaucoma or remission stage and with high intra_ocular pressure. Methods: One hundred and ninety_eight patients (204 eyes) were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The changes of F value were detected 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after acupuncture respectively. The rabbit's aqueous humor was analyzed after acupuncture biochemically. Results: After effective analysis of the data obtained from three periods, it was found that there was a significant effect in treatment (P<0.05) and an obviously distinct change in the ionic concentration and osmotic pressure in rabbit's aqueous humor. Conclusion: The quantitative acupuncture method has a remarkable influence on aqueous outflow and is one of the effective methods for preventing and treating glaucoma.
