摘 要:为探索培养护生积极、主动、稳固的职业认同感,本文对国内护生职业认同研究进行了综述,结果发现:多数作者调查显示护生职业认同处于中等及以下水平;护生职业认同受性别、学历、年级、实习阶段、家庭环境等多种因素的影响。提示加强对护生职业认同教育是当今护理教育所面临的一个非常严峻的现实。其中,作为承担护生教育的医院起了举足轻重的作用。The authors reviewed the studies related to professional identity of domestic nursing students in this paper. They summarized that nurse students had a medium or even lower level professional identity in most studies, and gender, education level, grade, practice status and family background were associated with their professional identity level. So strengthening education on nurse students' professional identity is critical nowadays, and teaching hospital should take more responsibility on it.
