藏红花辅助治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察藏红花治疗治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将初诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的136例患者随机平均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,服用藏红花。连续治疗12周,观察患者视力。结果 :治疗前2组各指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组总显效率与总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藏红花可提高传统药物对治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的效果。OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical effect of Crocin in the treatment ot central serous chorioretinopatlay （CSC）. METHODS： A random controlled study was performed in which a total of 136 CSC cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. Sixty-eight patients in treatment group were treated with oral crocin solution and traditional oral medication. Another 68 patients in control group received with only traditional oral medication. After 12 weeks of treatment, the data of vision acuity were collected and analyzed. RESULTS： There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment （P〉0. 05）, but total efficiency rate and total effective rate after 12 weeks in the treatment group were significantly improved as compared with control group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Oral crocin solution is a safe assistant treatment for CSC with traditional treatment.
