摘　　要：指出道德风险是动态物流联盟与生俱来的制度弊病,是导致联盟运营低效甚至失败的重要原因之一,其形成是多种因素交互作用的结果,并基于经济学相关理论对动态物流联盟道德风险的危害、产生的内部诱因和外部条件进行了深入分析,从正式与非正式治理两方面系统探讨了其应对和防范机制。In this paper, we pointed out that the moral risk was an inherent shortcoming of the dynamic logistics alliances and one of the major causes for the invalidity and failure of the alliances, then analyzed in-depth the hazard, internal causes and external environment of the moral risks of the dynamic logistics alliances, and at the end, discussed the corresponding response and preventive mechanism.
