基于组织内外系统的物流企业沟通管理研究

摘　　要：以Huseman与Alexander沟通模型为基础,结合其他学者关于组织系统与沟通模式的研究提出模型,并将其应用在受内外系统影响较大的物流企业组织中,然后以192名各类物流企业员工为样本,进行数据分析。由分析结果可知,在物流企业中,沟通模式与工作任务可分析性、工作任务的变异性、人际意识、同质性等组织内外系统因素有关。最后建议在不同因素影响下,应该采用不同的沟通模式,进而提高物流企业组织结构的沟通效率。In this paper, on the basis of the Huseman-Alexander communication model, we proposed the organizational system model of the communication mode, then applied it to the logistics organizations susceptible to influences of internal or external systems, and at the end, with the 192 employees from logistics enterprises of various descriptions as the data sample for analysis, found that the communication mode of the logistics enterprises was related to such system internal or external factors as task analyzability and mutability of the job tasks, interpersonal awareness, homogeneity, etc.
