摘 要:目的:了解沟通对护患关系的影响,为建立良好的护患关系提供参考。方法:以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,对河南省某三甲医院16名护士进行访谈,现场录音,对录音内容进行整理,运用类属分析法归纳主题,提炼关键词。结果:沟通对良性护患关系的影响提炼为5个主题:合适的称呼、自我暴露、选择时机、获得信任、健康指导。结论:沟通是良性护患关系建立的基础,而沟通方式、沟通时机、沟通能力影响良性护患关系的建立、发展和保持。Objective: The study aims to understand the impact of communication on nurse-patient relationship, and provide reference for establishing a good relationship between nurses and patients.Methods: Sixteen nurses who met the criteria from a tertiary hospital in Henan were interviewed.During the interview, there was live recording.Then using the generic analysis, the themes of records were summarized, and key-words were refined.Results:Following data analysis five themes emerged.They were appropriate title, self-exposure, timing, gaining trust, and health guidance.Conclusion: Communication is the basis of positive nurse-patient relationship, and communication mode, communication tim-ing, communication ability can influence the establishment, development and maintaining of positive nurse-patient relationship.
