摘　　要：随着我国医学高等院校招生规模不断加大,各层次医学毕业生逐年增加,"就业高峰"逐渐凸显,加之大部分毕业生就业观念不灵活,使毕业生的就业工作面临着严峻的挑战。另一方面,对解决农村居民缺医少药,增进农村居民健康做出巨大贡献的农村三级卫生网,普遍存在人才匮乏的状况。因此探索如何将两者有机结合起来,同时改善两者所面临的难题具有一定的现实意义。an increasing enrollment of medical schools and the unwillingness of medical students to practice in rural communities con- tribute to the difficulty of their getting employed. It has real value to take action against rural physician shortage and at the same time to solve the employment difficulty of medical students.
