摘 要:目的:探讨TBL教学法在咽科学教学中的应用效果。方法:相邻两届学生,实验组39名采用TBL教学法,对照组54名采用传统教学法。结果:在学习兴趣、知识拓展、自学能力等方面,认为明显优于和优于传统教学法的学生比例为56.4%-97.4%;实验组与对照组成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:TBL教学法利于提高学生学习兴趣、解决问题的能力,促进师生之间的交流,提高咽科学的教学质量。Objective: To explore the application effect of TBL teaching method in pharyngology. Methods: 93 students from adjacent two class years participated in the study, with 39 in the experimental group and 54 in control group. Results: 56.4%-97.4% of the students think that TBL method is significantly better than traditional one in improving learning interest, expanding knowledge, building self-learning ability, etc. No significant difference was found between the two groups'test scores (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: TBL method can promote learning interest and build problem-solving ability, improve student-teacher communication and improve teaching quality of pharyngology.
