摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变以及现代医学的快速发展,现代社会对医学人才培养提出了越来越高的标准。财政部、教育部设立的"国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目"作为我国开放式研究生培养体系的重要部分,有利于医学研究生丰富知识层面、培养科研能力、提高学术交流能力,已成为培养国际化创新型医学人才的有效途径。As the transformation of medical model and the rapid development of modern medicine, the highlight of doctor-patient con- tradiction, medical talent cultivation standard is becoming higher and higher. The Special Admission for Postgraduate Study Abroad Program by China Scholarship Council Project, as an important part of open system of graduate education in our country, is advanta- geous to the medical graduate student to rich knowledge level, train scientific research ability and improve the ability of academic ex- changes, has become the effective way to train international medical talents.
